How to Use LayBuy at Checkout

3. If Klarna is available for your order, you’ll see it listed as a payment option.
4. Select Klarna and follow the on-screen steps to complete your purchase.

If you can’t complete a Klarna payment

If a Klarna payment doesn’t go through, it may be for one of these reasons:

• Klarna may not be available for that order or basket value.
• Details entered at checkout may be missing or need reviewing (for example, date of birth or address details).
• Klarna may need you to complete an extra step during checkout.
