Returns and Exchanges at Crystals Healing UK

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are returned in a saleable condition.

How to start a return

  • Please contact us first to request a return via our contact form. Include your order number and the reason for return.
  • Pack the item safely, ideally in its original packaging, and include any cards or accessories that came with it.
  • Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose a refund as store credit or a refund back to your original payment method.
  • If you choose a refund to your original payment method, the time it takes to appear in your account can vary by bank and payment provider.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please report any issue via our contact form and include your order number and clear photos. We will guide you through the next steps.

  • If a return is required and the issue is confirmed, we will refund the product price and your original shipping, and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
  • This excludes issues caused by misuse, use against guidance or reasonable wear and tear.

What can be returned

  • Items must be unused, in a saleable condition, and include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Exclusions for hygiene reasons: We do not accept returns on earrings, face or eye masks, or massage tools unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Sets and bundles must be returned complete. Partial returns are not accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, tell us the item you want instead when you contact us. We will confirm availability and next steps.

International returns

International customers are welcome to return items. Duties and original shipping are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
