Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

  • Tell us your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange using our contact form.
  • Pack the item safely in its original, undamaged packaging if possible.
  • Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the product price to your Crystals Healing account as a store credit.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Report any issue via our contact form and we’ll guide you through next steps.

  • If we ask you to return the item and the fault is confirmed, we’ll refund the product price, your original shipping, and reasonable return postage (up to the standard Royal Mail First Class rate).
  • Excludes issues caused by misuse, use against manufacturer guidance, or reasonable wear and tear.

What can be returned

  • Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Exclusions for hygiene reasons:
    • Earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned once worn or removed from their sealed packaging.
    • Personalised or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.
    • Opened sets (e.g. crystal kits or bundles) must be returned complete. Partial returns are not accepted.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, tell us the item you want instead when you contact us. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.

International returns

International customers are welcome to return items. Duties and original shipping are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
