Shipping policy

Shipping policy are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

By using the Crystals Healing website ( to place an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Our goal is to ensure that both parties are fully aware of and agree to the expectations and protections of our services.

  1. Shipping Costs

We charge £2.70 for shipping within the UK. This is the final cost of shipping to the customer. We use Royal Mail for all orders.

  1. Returns

2.1 Returns due to change of mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receipt of item, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. Customers must pay for the return shipping. Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a store credit for future purchases. We will inform you by email when the process is complete. We will refund the value of the returned goods but not any shipping costs.

2.2 Warranty Returns

If a valid warranty claim is submitted within 30 days of receiving an item, we will honor it. Customers must pre-pay the return shipping costs, but we will reimburse them upon a successful warranty claim. Once we receive the item, we will process the warranty claim within 7 days.

We offer three options:

a refund to the payment method,

a refund in store credit,

or a replacement item (if available).

3.0 Handling time

We dispatch all products within one day.

3.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments within the UK typically take between 1 to 3 days.

3.2 Change of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 01 AM - EDT (UTC-04) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise within the next business day. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In this case, we will take steps to minimize delays.

3.3 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We cannot offer courier services to these locations.

3.4 Military Address

Shipping We can ship to military addresses using USPS, but not using courier services.

3.5 Delivery Time

Exceeded If delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

  1. Tracking Notifications

Once we dispatch an order, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress based on the latest shipping provider updates.

  1. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find that a parcel has been damaged during transit, please reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has already been delivered, please get in touch with us.

5.1 Who pays for return postage?

We cover the cost of return postage if the item was damaged, faulty, or does not match the description.

  1. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax

The price of the goods already includes sales tax.

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes upon arrival in their destination country. It's important to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If customers refuse to pay these costs, the goods will be returned to us at their expense, and they will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. We will not refund the initial shipping cost.

  1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before we dispatch it, we can accommodate your request. However, if we have already dispatched the order, please refer to our refund policy.

     8.           Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

8.2 Process for lost parcels

In the event that a parcel is lost in transit, Crystals Healing will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and endeavor to locate the parcel. If the parcel cannot be located, we will issue a refund or replacement to the customer.
