Refund Policy | Hassle-Free Returns for Crystal Purchases

Returns & Store Credit Policy — 30 Days

We want you to love every order. If you changed your mind or simply no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

What we accept for returns

  • Unused items, in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging intact and all included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt/invoice).

Please do not send your parcel back to the manufacturer.

What cannot be returned

  • Personalised items, made-to-order products, or “mystery” sets.
  • Items marked “final sale” or clearance discounts.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Promotional gifts or non-refundable e-vouchers.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period has expired.

How to request a return

  1. Email us at contact@crystalshealing.co.uk or use the contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive return instructions by email (return address and packing steps). Returns must be sent only via Royal Mail.
  3. Once received and inspected, we approve the return and issue store credit (as a code) that can be used on a future order.

Return costs

  • Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original delivery fees are not credited.
  • Faulty item / wrong item delivered: contact us before posting and attach photos/video. We provide a Royal Mail return label or reimburse return shipping up to the Royal Mail 1st Class standard rate. We issue store credit for the value of the item and, where applicable, the original delivery cost.

Processing times

  • After your parcel reaches us, inspection usually takes 1–2 business days.
  • Store credit is issued within 1 business day after approval and is emailed to you (a code usable at checkout).
  • For international returns, transit can take up to 25 days, depending on the postal service.

Gifts & orders marked “gift”

If an item was marked as a “gift” and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return. If it was not marked as a “gift” or was delivered to the person who purchased the gift, store credit may be issued in the payer’s name.

Damage in transit

If you notice damage on delivery, refuse the parcel when possible and contact us immediately. If you have already accepted it, email us at contact@crystalshealing.co.uk with photos of the packaging and the product. We will open a claim with Royal Mail and keep you updated.

Insurance & losses

All parcels are covered in line with Royal Mail policies. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue store credit or a replacement (if the product is available).

  • Do you offer refunds to the original payment method? No. We provide store credit for approved returns.
  • Which postal service do you accept? Royal Mail only for deliveries and returns.
  • Is there a restocking fee? No, as long as the item is returned in new condition, with the original packaging.
