I am very very happy with this item and the customer service that came alongside it. The crystal is absolutely stunning and exactly what I was hoping for. It looks amazing when on. I did message the seller personally prior to ordering to ask if it was possible to pick the crystal I liked the most to know what I would receive, Cristian, the gentleman I spoke with, was super helpful with his assistance and answering my questions and queries, allowed me to choose which one I liked and posted it over to me straight away! I did offer to tip Cristian as I was actually impressed and very fortunate I came alongside him and his product, but he refused and said that he doesn’t need it and as long as I am happy that’s all that matters🙏🏼 I would recommend this seller and their products 100%, wouldn’t hesitate to purchase.
