Rose Quartz Yoni Eggs are beautiful semi-precious stones that have been carved into an egg shape and polished for use in pelvic floor muscle training.
The word "Yoni" comes from Sanskrit, meaning "sacred space," and has been revered in Eastern cultures for its ability to bestow life, creativity, and love.
The Yoni Egg is an ancient tool for spiritual transformation, and each crystal has unique properties that can positively affect the body in many different ways. The pelvic floor muscles, which support all of our internal organs, can be strengthened with regular exercise. Unlike other muscles in the body, the pelvic floor muscles have the ability to regenerate and repair themselves quickly.
In Eastern practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, and belly dancing, emphasis is put on pelvic floor exercises. It is believed that life force, prana, or chi can leak through the pelvic floor and be lost if these muscles are weak. In the modern world of sedentary desk jobs and little physical activity, many people do not engage their pelvic floor muscles, leading to reproductive health problems, painful menstrual cycles, loss of sensation, and low energy levels. Lack of blood flow to this area is the main culprit of reproductive illness.
The Rose Quartz Yoni Eggs come in three sizes to accommodate different users:
Small: 30 x 20 mm Medium: 40 x 25 mm Large: 45 x 30 mm

Measuring Your Wrist Size
Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure (or a strip of paper) just below the wrist bone, where you normally wear a bracelet.
If using paper, mark where it overlaps, then measure that length with a ruler. This is your wrist size.
Refer to the bracelet chart below to choose your bracelet size and desired fit.

Standard Necklace Lengths
Knowing your neck measurement helps you pick a comfortable, flattering length:
Choker: 16" / 40 cm.
Princess: 18" / 45 cm — usually sits just above the collarbone.
Matinee: 20" / 50 cm — typically rests below the collarbone.
How to Measure Your Neck
Wrap a soft tape measure around your neck, keeping it parallel to the floor.
Add 2–4" (5–10 cm) to your neck measurement to get your minimum recommended chain length for everyday comfort.
For a true choker fit, you can use your exact neck measurement (or add up to 1"/2–3 cm if you prefer a looser choker).
If a length isn’t customizable, choose the next size up from your neck size. For example, if your neck is 17" (43 cm), pick a 20" chain rather than 18".
